About Us

CRPD is a non-governmental, non-partisan, non-political, non-profit, impartial, voluntary organization. It was founded in March 2018 by a group of motivated Somali professionals from the Somali Diaspora who were deeply touched by clan inequalities and exclusions. Minority groups, smaller clans, and women face discrimination and struggle to exercise their rights to participate in economic, social, cultural, and political processes.
